This ensure suppliers are notified that any escalation has been acknowledged. The EVLO Finance department will check the Vendor ledger to see if the invoice has been processed and whether it is awaiting approval or has been paid - EVLO will then respond back to the supplier with findings or a further information request may be made EG Supplier Statement of account.
