Who we are

PaidLate is run by YORXEN LTD, registered in England & Wales, company number 17303256. YORXEN LTD is the data controller and is registered with the ICO. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect, and why

Nothing, for checks. Running a company check needs no account. We don’t use cookies and we don’t build profiles of visitors.
Your email address, if you use the watchlist. We store the address you enter and the companies you chose to watch. It is used to send you the alerts you asked for, and nothing else. Legal basis: your consent — you can withdraw it any time by unsubscribing, which removes your address and your list.

What we don’t do

No selling or sharing of your address with anyone.
No marketing emails — alerts about the companies you watch only.
No alerts before you confirm your address (double opt-in).

The company data in reports

Reports are compiled from public records: Companies House and the UK Payment Practices Reports published on gov.uk, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This is information about companies, not private individuals, and it is reproduced from the official registers unchanged.

Browser extension (PaidLate Checker)

The optional browser extension shows a company’s payment record on Companies House pages, and looks up a company when you click the extension icon or use its right-click menu. It does not collect, store or transmit your browsing history, page contents, or any personal data. Its only network requests go to paidlate.co.uk — the same public data the website serves — plus one anonymous daily usage counter (a number, with no identifier attached). Nothing about you or the pages you visit leaves your browser. Removing the extension removes everything; it keeps no account and sets no cookies.

Infrastructure

The site runs on Cloudflare; watchlist data is stored in a Cloudflare database in Western Europe. Technical logs kept by the hosting provider are short-lived and not used by us to identify visitors.

Your rights

UK GDPR gives you rights of access, correction and erasure. Email [email protected] and we’ll act on it; unsubscribing from any alert email does the erasure automatically. Complaints: ico.org.uk.
