Our standard payment terms are 30 days end of month. For some artist contracts we may agree shorter payment terms Were there any changes to the standard payment terms in the reporting period? During the pandenic we reached out to our supplier and agreed extended terms with many of them on an ad hoc basis

The purchase order will provide the details of the budget holder responsible for the purchase, who would be the first point of contact for any dispute. The purchase order will also include our payment terms. Where the dispute remains unresolved the supplier can escalate the query to the finance office who will seek to resolve the dispute.
