Standard payment terms
Ladbrokes Coral Group’s current standard contractual length for payments of invoices is 45 days. Prior to the merger in November 2016 Coral Racing’s standard contractual length was 60 days, which the previous report was measured at. As all payments are now made through Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming, using Oracle, the payments shall only be measured at 45 day payment terms.
Dispute resolution
The standard dispute resolution process requires in the first instance, the Buyer and Seller use reasonable endeavours and act in good faith to resolve any disputes or claims that may arise. Failure to find a solution will result in the escalation of the dispute to manager, then director level.

How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
The 31-day comparison figure is the median across 6,185 companies with a current statutory report — every sector pooled, not an average of sector medians (how the figure is built).
