We are committed to treating all of our suppliers in a fair and reasonable manner and therefore seek to resolve any disputes and make the payment as soon as a resolution has been achieved. Disputes are handled by the relevant employee within Marston's responsible for the purchase/order in accordance with any specific agreements that may be in place. If a dispute cannot be resolved it will be escalated to more senior management for consideration.
