Supplier needs to contact Accounts Payable (AP) team to resolve the dispute in the first instance. If AP is unable to solve the dispute then they will involve buyer to resolve dispute. If the dispute remain unsettled or supplier is unhappy with the decision made by AP/Buyer then they can escalate it to Director Finance and then to CFO.
