Standard payment terms
The company agrees appropriate terms of payment with each supplier, with 30 days the most commonly used term of payment for the reporting period. Payment is made on the payment run prior to the invoice due date as long as the invoice has been approved.
Dispute resolution
Autorama endeavours to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner. Payment date queries will be resolved directly by our Core Services Team who can be contacted at [email protected] (tel. 0330 303 9012). Contractual disputes are typically resolved via discussion and agreement between the supplier and the company representative dealing with the particular purchase. Once the issue is resolved, the invoice will be available for payment on the next standard payment run.

How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
The 31-day comparison figure is the median across 6,104 companies with a current statutory report — every sector pooled, not an average of sector medians (how the figure is built).
