Standard payment terms
My Home Move has self-billing arrangements in place for certain suppliers. Where this arrangement is in place invoices are dated and payment is made on the 15th of the month resulting in zero payment days. All other suppliers are on 30 day payment terms from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Dispute resolution
To raise a complaint or concern relating to payment of invoices, suppliers should initially contact the Finance team on [email protected]. All queries are managed in accordance with our internal processes and are dealt with as promptly as possible.
