Dispute resolution
Disputes from suppliers regarding invoices and payments should be raised with the Purchase Ledger Administrator in the first instance. The Purchase Ledger Administrator will then inform the supplier of the situation regarding the invoice if they are able to (ie a department has requested an invoice not be paid until a specific condition has been met). If the Purchase Ledger Assistant does not have any further information then they will escalate the query with the relevant department at Bristol Airport. It will then be the responsibility of the department to resolve the query, either internally with the Purchase Ledger Administrator or externally with their contact at the supplier. In either case the Purchase Ledger Administrator should be kept informed of the query status so that they can

How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
