Dispute resolution
Complaints regarding non-payment of invoices are handled by the accounts payable team, who will confirm that the invoice has been received, recently paid, is due for payment or on hold. If this does not resolve the query and/or the invoice is not available for payment (on hold), they will follow one of the following resolution routes. (a) Invoices relating to stock purchases are compared to the purchase order. Where values do not match, they are placed on hold for our purchasing team to query with the supplier. How often is this data updated?
Is this official government data?
How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
