We log all queries raised internally and track each query throughout the entire query process to ensure we deliver a high level of customer service. We have a dedicated Accounts Payable email account that Suppliers can log any issues or we are happy to take any queries over telephone. We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours and will escalate the query accordingly depending on the complexity.
