Standard payment terms
The standard payment terms for the business is monthly. For example, all of the invoices received from suppliers on monthly payment terms in January will be paid by the end of February. This is our standard terms and is how we pay the majority of our suppliers. This means that the standard payment period will be between 30 and 60 days.
Dispute resolution
On the rare occasions when there is a dispute in relation to the payment of invoices, these disputes will be dealt with through meetings and discussions involving the appropriate people. These people being; the purchase ledger team and the supplier initially, and then if a resolution is not met, the purchase ledger manager will become involved and so on until the situation is resolved. It is the aim to resolve disputes as soon as possible, generally within a few days. There is no specific documentation detailing how disputes are resolved due to disputes being rather infrequent. Each dispute will be dealt with accordingly based on the situation of that particular dispute, there is no blanket process.

How often is this data updated?
Is this official government data?
How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
