Standard payment terms for payment of invoices for Muller UK & Ireland LLP are 60 days from the receipt of a fully supported and accurate invoice for goods and services that have been delivered in full. Muller UK & Ireland LLP have separate terms for the settlement of milk purchases to supplying farmer producers operating under an Agreement for the Purchase of Raw Milk. These payments are made to the producers bank to arrive on the 18th day of the month following the month when the milk is collected. For significant contracts for the supply and installation of machinery and equipment, the Muller standard payments terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice based on a contractually agreed set of certified milestones with documented criteria dictating the completion of each milestone and in
