Standard payment terms
As a basis for negotiation, Arrowgrass standard payment terms are 45 days. However we will generally accept the supplier's own terms provided that these are not considered unreasonable. In general, Arrowgrass consider that 30 days is an acceptable length of time between receipt of invoice and payment as this allows for all internal approvals to be obtained. However, where a supplier requests earlier payment we may agree to adopt a best endeavours approach.
Dispute resolution
All invoices, queries or complaints should be sent to [email protected] in the first instance. Occasionally we may withhold payment of supplier invoices because of discrepancies between the invoice and the order/contract or because the quality of goods or services is not considered satisfactory. In such cases the person responsible for the supplier relationship or the requestor of the good/service will engage with the supplier contact on a timely basis in order to resolve the dispute. In the unlikely event that agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to an Officer such as CFO or COO. Where appropriate our in-house legal team may become involved and the matter may be referred to third party advisors or law firms. Where invoices are found to be overdue becaus

How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
