Standard payment terms
The business does not impose standard payment terms on suppliers for qualifying contracts. The most commonly used payment terms with external suppliers are that invoices will be paid within 30 days, subject to presentation of invoice, and will be paid without deduction of bank charges. Payments may be subject to withholding if required under the relevant tax legislation. The business also has inter-company transactions with another group company who provides management services to the business. These payments are due on the day that they are requested by the group company.
Dispute resolution
Any complaints or concerns that our suppliers may have will be considered by the Finance Team. The suppliers should contact their usual billing contacts and the business will endeavour to respond promptly.
Other information
Of those payments made under qualifying contracts in the period, 45% were inter-company transactions falling due on the date requested.

How UK payment reporting works
What is a Payment Practices Report?
What does "paid outside agreed terms" mean?
How often is this data updated?
Is this official government data?
How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
