Standard payment terms
Except as outlined, the Company’s preferred payment terms with third party suppliers (including other KPMG member firms which provide services to the Company) are 30 days. That is to say, the Company shall make payment within 30 days of the date of receipt of a correct and complete invoice. If any of the information specified as a mandatory requirement under our supplier invoicing guides is omitted from the invoice, the invoice will be rejected and the supplier will be required to re-submit a correct invoice for processing (with such processing not commencing until all of the required information has been provided).
