Many of our stock contracts with our suppliers have payment terms of 60 days. Most other contracts have payment terms of 30 days.
Dispute resolution
Complaints are sent to either directly to the Finance team at [email protected] or to the contact within the business, who forwards them to Finance. The invoice in question is reviewed and we respond to the complaint to explain the delay (e.g. if due to a dispute) or to notify them of a planned payment date. Complaints / follow-ups are usually responded to within a couple of working days.
