In their own words · from the filing
Standard payment terms
Standard payment terms are 30 days. If that date falls within a half-term for the school, the payment is bought forward to ensure it is with the supplier on time. For the summer holidays, there is a cut off date for orders to ensure that all invoices are received and paid before the holidays. One payrun is done in August to sweep up any late receipts.
Dispute resolution
Any complaints can be received via a Finance email address or telephone. These are dealt with promptly by the Finance Assistants. Should there be any need for escalation, it is then referred to the Head of Finance and finally the CEO.

How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
