Dispute resolution
Each party agrees to act in good faith and to use all reasonable endeavours to resolve any disputes arising out of or in relation to this Agreement. Either party may give the other a notice in writing if they feel that the dispute cannot be settled by such negotiations (“Dispute Notice”). Within 14 days of service of a Dispute Notice the parties will be able to refer the dispute to senior management of their respective companies who shall attempt to resolve the dispute.
