Drax Energy Solutions Limited standard contract payment terms are 30 days; however, different terms may be agreed with suppliers as part of contract negotiations. Some direct costs are subject to industry regulations which require shorter payment terms, contributing to the lower average time taken to pay invoices. Payment runs are completed on a weekly basis with approved invoices falling due for payment in the preceding week included in the payment run.
