Standard payment terms
Our standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice. We have a number of suppliers that require payment upfront or on invoice. We also have some suppliers who we have had a long trading history with and offer us 60 day terms.
Dispute resolution
Disputes if any, are resolved via a negotiation between the companies procurement department and vendors. Invoices are placed on hold until disputes are resolved. Depending on the nature of the dispute, further documentary evidence may be required before they are resolved. In most cases disputes relate to incorrect invoicing which are then adjusted after discussions using credit notes/debit notes. The company always endeavours to amicably settle disputes or differences with suppliers.

How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
The 31-day comparison figure is the median across 6,185 companies with a current statutory report — every sector pooled, not an average of sector medians (how the figure is built).
