Standard payment terms
The company does not have standard payment terms however our most frequently used payment terms for qualifying contracts is 30 days from the date of the invoice. Payments are generally made once a month and each payment run will include all invoices that have been approved and that have become due according to supplier terms. Payments are made by 3 day BACS.
Dispute resolution
If we have any issues with supplier invoices the company aims to contact the supplier first to try and resolve the issue/query. This initial contact is done by the company’s Accounts Payable team. If the issue/query is not resolved through this initial contact it is escalated to the company’s Finance Manager, and thereafter escalated to the company’s Finance Director and/or CFO.
