Standard payment terms
Our standard payment terms are to pay suppliers within 45 days from the end of the month in which we receive the relevant valid invoice from the supplier. We will always try to trade on these terms with all suppliers, except where there are material circumstances which may alter this standard approach.
Dispute resolution
Bupa seeks an amicable resolution of any supplier invoice disputes or escalations (or any other disputes). Invoices should be sent to [email protected] with a valid purchase order (where applicable). Bupa’s standard terms and conditions can be found here (https://procurement.bupa.com/web/pdfs/uk_standard_terms__conditions_of_purchase.pdf) which contain full details. If the supplier has a dispute, they wish to raise they should notify Bupa in writing setting out full details of the issue in dispute formally (and to [email protected]).
