Standard payment terms
Our standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of receipt of a valid invoice. Invoices are processed in accordance with the agreed contract terms, and payment is made by bank transfer.
Dispute resolution
Where an invoice is disputed, the supplier is notified promptly in writing, with a clear explanation of the reason for the dispute. We work collaboratively with suppliers to resolve disputes as quickly as possible. Once resolved, any agreed amount is released for payment in accordance with our standard payment terms.
