Standard payment terms
It is the Company's policy to agree appropriate payment terms with suppliers for each transaction or series of transactions, and to abide by those terms based on the timely submission of satisfactory invoices. The Company normally settles invoices at the end of the month following the month of invoice receipt, however variations to these terms do exist based on agreements with certain suppliers.
Dispute resolution
The Company seeks to deal with suppliers of all sizes in a fair, consistent and reasonable manner. The Company seeks to resolve queries as quickly as possible prior to payment being made. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by the Accounts Payable team, it would be escalated in the first instance to senior management or the relevant budget holder to seek a resolution.

How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
