We have varying payment terms which are agreed on an individual basis with each supplier. Typically we agree terms of either 45 days or 60 days EOM.
Dispute resolution
For each invoice input onto our software, an authoriser from within the organisation is assigned. If there is a query or dispute with an invoice, the authoriser will contact the supplier directly for it to be resolved.
