Standard payment terms
Standard payment terms are typically 30 days End of Month, however we operate with a range of supplier terms which are individually negotiated with our suppliers, which range up to a maximum of 90 days.
Dispute resolution
Quality disputes are handled by a dedicated Quality team, who collate the relevant information regarding the dispute including any relevant evidence, and submit a formal Supplier Corrective Action Report to the Supplier, as soon as the quality issue becomes apparent. The supplier will then liaise with the Quality team to reach a resolution for the complaint. Quantity or other disputes are handled by the dedicated Purchasing Team.

How this is compiled. Built from official records only: Companies House and the gov.uk payment-practices service. The payment figures are self-reported — companies over the size threshold must file them by law and the board signs them off. No credit-agency data. The numbers are theirs; the plain-English read is ours. This is information compiled from public records under the Open Government Licence v3.0 — not a credit rating and not advice.
