Standard payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment for goods and/or services provided pursuant to an order shall be made within 60 days of the later of a) receipt by us of an invoice from you to us together with such reasonable supporting information as may be required by us to support each respective invoice; and b) delivery of the goods and/or performance of the services.
Dispute resolution
In the event of disputes arising between the Company and suppliers, both parties shall follow the escalation process set out in the contract. Both parties shall use their reasonable endeavours to reach an amicable resolution via this procedure. The specific format for resolution shall be left to the reasonable discretion of the relevant management level; legal action will not be initiated until escalation processes have been followed
