Standard payment terms
Where Consumers' Association operates its relationships on its own terms, the standard contractual length of time for payment of invoices is 30 days. Some suppliers have a higher term and some have a lower term. The maximum length of time applied during the reporting period was 30 days. Dispute resolution
Complaints or concerns relating to payment practices will, in the first instance, be considered and/or investigated by the Finance Team following receipt. Disputes are handled on a case by case basis with appropriate input from the relationship manager, Group Risk and Group Legal as considered necessary. Supplier correspondence relating to invoices, changes to details and complaints should be sent directly to the Finance Team via email.
