PaidLate is a free information service run by YORXEN LTD (registered in England & Wales, company number 17303256). It compiles and presents information about UK companies from public records: Companies House and the UK Payment Practices Reports published on gov.uk, used under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
The figures are the reporting companies’ own statutory filings, reproduced unchanged, with obviously broken values filtered out. Registers change and companies re-file; always verify against the linked original documents before relying on any figure. Every report links to its sources. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of this free service. If you are the subject of a report and believe a figure misstates your own filing, email [email protected] and we will check it against the register promptly.
Personal and internal business use is welcome, including sharing report links. Bulk scraping of the service, misrepresenting reports as our endorsement or assessment of a company, or reselling the data as-is are not.
The watchlist emails are governed by the privacy note: double opt-in, no marketing, unsubscribe removes your data.
